About Us:

BVI is owned and operated by Dr. Bronwen Childs. She is a board certified specialist in veterinary diagnostic imaging with clinical experience in both equine and small animal practice. She grew up in Norfolk CT with a menagerie of pets but her passion was horses. Her experience competing in 3-Day Eventing inspired her to go to veterinary school at Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine with focus on sports medicine for the equine athlete. Her interest in anatomy and function lead to specialized training in diagnostic imaging at the University of Georgia. In her free time she enjoys riding and dog walks in the woods with their dog, Bandit.
